Thierry CAEN is a doctor of pharmacy (Université Louis Pasteur, Strasbourg)
He commenced his intellectual property career working as a patent attorney in the patents departments of a number of major French chemical and pharmaceutical groups (1985-1997).
He joined RINUY-SANTARELLI in 1998 and became a partner in the firm SANTARELLI in 2004.
His main fields of activity are in pharmacy, chemistry and biotechnology.
Thierry CAEN assists his clients both in constituting their patent portfolio and in defending their rights. He has particular expertise in the field of Supplementary Protection Certificates (SPCs).
