Olivier Thrierr
He has been an Intellectual Property Attorney and European Trademark and Industrial Design attorney since 1999, having obtained his DESS degree in industrial property law from the Law Faculty at Paris II Panthéon-Assas in 1994, and in 1996 a CEIPI law degree in International Industrial Property Studies.He began his legal career in a Paris firm where he practiced trademark and design law for six years, while actively participating in the editorial committee of a legal journal.In 2000, he joined Santarelli where he assists clients in defining their intellectual property strategy and guides them in the management of their portfolios and in the acquisition, exploitation and defense of their rights in Europe and overseas.
He is a co-author of several chapters for the authoritative French trademark and design treatise "JurisClasseur", published by LexisNexis, he is author of various legal papers, and is a member of the board of examiners for French attorneys.
He is active in several professional associations.
