Marc Santarelli

Marc Santarelli is a French and European Patent, Trademark and Design Attorney. He is a graduate engineer of the renowned Arts & Manufactures, also known as the Ecole Centrale de Paris and has a Masters in Law. He entered the profession in 1964 and has dedicated more than 40 years to advising and assisting clients in intellectual property litigation and contentious matters.
His broad-based "grande école" education has enabled him to handle not only mechanical, electrical and chemical technologies but also biotech. Marc Santarelli has made a substantial contribution to French and international intellectual property associations and was formerly President of the French Intellectual Property Institute (CNCPI) and of the French group of the AIPPI. He is also a former International Secretary General of FICPI and chaired a number of international committees of the AIPPI. He is an Honorary Member of FICPI and AIPPI and is a Chevalier of the National Order of Merit.
