Eric Le Bihan
Eric Le Bihan is a French and European Trademark and Industrial Design attorney, with a master's degree in Law, and a DESS in Intellectual Property Law from Paris II Panthéon - Assas.
He joined Santarelli in 1996.
Drawing on more than twelve years intellectual property experience acquired both with multinational corporate clients having worldwide portfolios and with SME clients, he is able to handle the full range of intellectual property issues, such as audits and assisting in the negotiation of international contracts of major importance, in particular in the luxury goods sector. He is also in charge of numerous litigation cases relating to trademark infringement, particularly in the Middle East and in Asia. Lastly, he handles the acquisition and defense of domain names and the drafting of contracts for example in the information technology sector.
He is a co-author of various papers relative to trademark law in the journal "Propriétés Intellectuelles".
